📇 Šta možeš očekivati:

obuku u trajanju od 12 radinica – 3 dana u temi mentalnog zdravlja mladih i sprovođenja vršnjačke edukacije;

An entrepreneurial mindset for young people

📌 The project “Entrepreneurial mindset for young people” is designed to answer the needs of youth workers and experts to develop knowledge and skills in helping young people to improve understanding of the importance of risk-taking, developing creative problem solving and understanding the importance of networking, as well as the ability to create their entrepreneurial mindset themselves.

👨‍🍳🧑‍✈️ Part of the training dedicated to career guidance and counseling has enabled youth workers to apply new strategies in preparing young people for the world of work.

📓📈 In the field of entrepreneurship, we recognized the need to acquire additional knowledge and skills, since this is a very current and necessary topic for young people in the field of self-employment. We recognized that many young people want to start their job, because they do not want to work in companies in standard positions, but to try their hand at freelancing, management, etc. Also, that social entrepreneurship is increasingly represented among NGOs and youth associations.

🗣👩‍🎓The third part of the training included activities on building soft skills and creates a set of necessary competencies for youth workers.

🌞 All of the above had a synergistic effect and provided youth workers with the opportunity to improve by exchanging experience and ideas through new knowledge, methods and tools, and therefore transfer knowledge to the young people they work within their organizations.

📍The project EMFYP is cofounded by the EU trough Erasmus+ program, and is being realized by the Urban Stream from Serbia, Eurosud from Italy, The WalkTogether from Bulgaria and ASK from The republic of North Macedonia.

Laboratorija omladinskog rada

Bili smo na stručnoj konferenciji „Laboratorija omladinskog rada”, na kojoj je prisustvovalo 50 omladinskih radnika/ca, lidera/ki i predstavnika/ca institucija. Događaj je organizovao@ NAPOR – Nacionalna asocijacija praktičara/ki omladinskog rada. Konferenciju je otvorila izvršna direktorka NAPOR-a Jelena Stojanović, nakon čega su uvodna obraćanja imali pomoćnica ministra u Ministarstvu turizma i omladine Ivana Antonijević i predsednik upravnog odbora NAPOR-a Lazar Đoković.

Tokom prvog dela događaja održana su tri paralelna panela upravo na temu pomenutih različitih aspekata prepoznavanja omladinskog rada. O tome koja evropska i nacionalna dokumenta omogućavaju prepoznavanje omladinskog rada i na koji način se koriste kako bi se obezbedila sredstva za sprovođenje programa omladinskog rada na lokalu govorile su pomoćnica ministra u Ministarstvu turizma i omladine Ivana Antonijević, članica Upravnog odbora NAPOR-a Dajna Marinković, koordinatorka grupe za mlade, informisanje i sport u Fondaciji Tempus Vedrana Marković i koordinatorka kancelarije za mlade Kragujevac Marija Đoković.

Fokus drugog panela stavljen je na formalnu dimenziju prepoznavanja omladinskog rada, te su na njemu predsednica Strukovnog kokusa omladinskih radnika/ca Violeta Stanković, viša nacionalna savetnica za NOKS (standard zanimanja) Mirjana Bojanić i Samir Hodžić iz Agencije za kvalifikacije govorili/e o standardu kvalifikacija i zanimanja omladinskog radnika/ce, kao i o validaciji stečenih kompetencija u omladinskom radu.

Koliko je omladinski rad prepoznat, ali i pozitivno vrednovan od strane različitih društvenih aktera govorile su članica upravnog odbora NAPOR-a Maja Mara Jovanovic, učesnica jednog od programa omladinskog rada Jelisaveta Crnić, predsednica Saveta roditelja NAPOR-a Ivana Branković i novinarka Dnevnika Lea Radlovački.

Tokom drugog dela konferencije nekoliko organizacija demonstriralo je svoje inovativne prakse u omladinskom radu, Centar za građansko delovanje – CeGraD, Somborski edukativni centar – Somborski edukativni centar – SEC, Grupa IZAĐI, Centar za pozitivan razvoj dece i omladine – CEPORA – Centar za pozitivan razvoj dece i omladine i BalkanIDEA Novi Sad.

NAPOR je na konferenciji prezentovao dve prakse. Prva se odnosila na kreiranje programa omladinskog rada u institucijama kulture i uključivanje mladih kao ko-kreatora u iste, a druga na metodologiju „Sport za razvoj“ u omladinskom radu koja podrazumeva korišćenje sportskih aktivnosti u cilju pružanja podrške ličnom i socijalnom razvoju mladih, kao i brige o njihovom fizičkom i mentalnom zdravlju.

Konferencija je održana u okviru projekta „Evropski omladinski radnici se ujedinjuju da osnaže mlade i omladinski rad – Omladinski radnik je životni stil“ koji se sprovodi od 2022. godine sa nacionalnim asocijacijama iz devet zemalja: Srbija, Estonija, Italija, Republika Češka, Portugal, Grčka, Severna Makedonija, Holandija i Malta.

🧐📌 Mentalno zdravlje je …stanje uma koje podrazumeva emocionalnu dobrobit, sposobnost prilagođavanja ponašanja okolnostima, relativno oslobođenje od anksioznosti i simptoma koji nas čine disfunkcionalnim, kao i kapacitet da uspostavljamo konstruktivne odnose s drugima i da se nosimo sa svakodnevnim zahtevima i stresorima u životu.

🤎❣️🧡 O tome smo razgovarali sa grupom mladih srednjoškolaca na radionici “Ja, emotikon!”, koja je realizovana u sklopu obuke za omladinske radnike/ce i lidere/ke, koja se sprovodi u okviru projekta Nemačke razvojne saradnje “Perspektive za mlade u ruralnim sredinama u Srbiji” koji sprovodi GIZ u partnerstvu sa Ministarstvom turizma i omladine Republike Srbije.

Šta karakteriše mentalno zdravlje?

👉 Prema Svetskoj zdravstvenoj organizaciji mentalno zdravlje je:

⚫Stanje blagostanja u kojem pojedinac ostvaruje svoje sposobnosti, može se nositi sa normalnim stresovima života, može produktivno i plodonosno raditi, i sposoban je da doprinosi svojoj zajednici.”

Mentalno zdravlje je kompleksan fenomen koji uključuje:

🧐 Koliko mi brinemo danas o svom blagostanju i mentalnom zdravlju?

🌸 O ovim temama smo pričali na obuci “Omladinski radnici/ce u polju mentalnog zdravlja mladih” koja se sprovodi u okviru projekta Nemačke razvojne saradnje “Perspektive za mlade u ruralnim sredinama u Srbiji” koji sprovodi GIZ u partnerstvu sa Ministarstvom turizma i omladine Republike Srbije.

Druženje sa učenicima Đačkog parlamenta Ekonomsko-trgovinske škole iz Požarevca

👉 U sklopu obuke #SocijalnaKulturaMladih ovih dana smo se družili sa učenicima Parlamenta Ekonomsko-trgovinske škole iz Požarevca, mladima završnih razreda, grupom sa obuke “Poboljšaj svoje preduzetničke kompetencije” koju vodi @valentina.milanov1, a gosti su nam bili i psiholog Branka Stojanović, kao i mentor Sale Trudić.

🦸🦹‍♀️ Na aktivnostima smo pričali o problemima mladih i kako se suočiti sa njima, kako prepoznati depresiju i nervozu, kako komunicirati sa vršnjacima i sprečiti netolerantnu atmosferu, kako razumeti i poštovati druge, i ore svega imati strpljenja i biti mlad 🙂🧑‍🤝‍🧑👫👬

❗️Aktivnosti se sprovode u sklopu projekata koje podržava Grad Požarevac, kao i obuke za omladinske radnike/ce koju realizuje @napor_savez a podržava GIZ kroz projekat “Perspektive mladih u ruralnim sredinama” i Ministarstvo turizma i omladine Republike Srbije.

Professional development activity in Ohrid

Last week the Professional development activity took place in Ohrid, The repubic of North Macedonia. At the activity were 20 participants from Serbia, The republic of North Macedonia, Italy and Bulgaria.

Our needs as youth workers for gaining knowledge and experience come from the need to develop an entrepreneurial mindset of young people in our regions. By participating in this project, we gained knowledge and skills to help young people to develop their entrepreneurial mindset, such as understanding the importance of risk-taking, developing skills creative problem solving and understanding the importance of networking. We have the opportunity to provide mentoring and guidance to young people to help them develop their entrepreneurial skills.

Part of the training dedicated to career guidance and counselling has enabled youth workers to apply new strategies in preparing young people for the labour market. Through the exchange of experience we built the creation of examples of good practice and the transfer of knowledge to every participant. Dissemination activities were planned for each participating country and the application of what was learned through workshops with young people. By connecting knowledge from the field of entrepreneurship and career management skills, youth workers are able to provide more expedient support to young people.

In the field of entrepreneurship we recognized that many young people want to start their job, because they do not want to work in companies in standard positions, but to try their hand at freelancing, management, etc. Also that social entrepreneurship is increasingly represented among NGOs and youth associations.

We wanted to get closer to the topics, the ways in which we can help young people in these topics, provide them with as much information as possible, as well as tools that will help them in researching a business idea, market research, writing a business plan, solving problems. We believe that this is knowledge that can be very useful to them at this time and we have exchanged experiences and good practices in that area.

The third part of the training were activities on building soft skills and creating a set of necessary competencies for youth workers. Sessions of social skills are prepared by all partner organizations.

All of the above will have a synergistic effect and will provide youth workers with the opportunity to improve by exchanging experience and ideas their work through new knowledge, methods and tools, and therefore transfer knowledge to the young people they work with in their organizations.

The Professional development activity is part of project “An entrepreneurial mindset for young people”, which is co-founded by the European Union trough Erasmus+ programme. And realised in partnership with associations ASK – Skopje, Walk together association Bulgaria and Eurosud Italy.

Preduzetnički način razmišljanja za mlade

Od 08.09-10.09.2023. godine održana je pripremna poseta u sklopu projekta “Preduzetnički način razmišljanja za mlade” na Ohridu.

💡Projekat realizuje Urban Stream u partnerstvu sa organizacijama @ask_asocijacija @walktogether_bulgaria i @eurosud_ngo uz podršku Evropske Unije kroz Erasmus+ program.

👇The main goals of this project are to strengthen the knowledge of youth workers in the areas of entrepreneurship, career building, as well as social transferable transversal skills of young people;

To adopt the skills of communication, conflict resolution, problem solving, design thinking, public speaking, presentation, teamwork, leadership skills. To adopt new models of work with young

people through the exchange of experience and good practices of all project participants;

To adopt ways of using useful tools in youth work and work with young people, which youth workers can use in to their future work, as well as to pass it on to other youth workers in their

organizations and local communities, and beyond.
